About the project

"Mundo Novo" it's an original feature film under development staring "Família Palito", characters that alread have a series launched in 2023. Its a 80 minutes long film using 2D cutout animation.

Synopsis

In a historical inverted fable, the winds blow from the other side of the world, and a group of young Brazilian indigenous people, using a lost caravel and driven by curiosity and ancestral wisdom, sail to Portuguese lands before the arrival of the colonizers in Brazil. There, they set out to reteach the value of listening, dreaming, and belonging to the land. "New World" is a poetic adventure about possible encounters and how the voices of the forest can heal the silences of the world.
