About the project

"Little Things" it's an original feature film under development 80 minutes long mixing 2D hand drawn and 3D animation.

Synopsis

The film tells a story of self-discovery and family reconnection, set in a house where emotions materialize into fabulous and challenging creatures. The plot focuses on Joana and her son Lucas, and the contrast between urban life and the return to the coastline.

Set in a very Brazilian house that smells of old-fashioned charm, the animation aims to bring back memories of a Sunday at grandparents' house. Furniture, floors, paintings, and objects like record players evoke a nostalgic past that the characters gradually enter.

As it presents fantastic and surreal beings, the film engages with feelings and their respective reactions. Affection, rejection, fear, memories, and love become intertwined as the characters search for answers about their magic house.
