About the project

"Mundo Novo" it's an original feature film under development staring "Família Palito", characters that alread have a series produced and released in 2024. Its a 80 minutes long film using 2D cutout animation.

Synopsis

In a reversed fable of history, the winds blow from the opposite side of the world, and a group of young brazilian indigenous people, driven by curiosity and ancestral wisdom, sail to European lands before the arrival of the colonizers in Brazil. There, they find a continent, covered by mists of greed and forgetfulness, where they need to teach the Europeans the value of listening, dreaming, and belonging to the land. “Novo Mundo” is a poetic adventure about possible encounters and about how the voices of the forest can heal the silences of the world.
